Love / Self Reflection / A Vision

In 2015 my Mom, Alberta (aka Bertie/Birdie) passed away.  She was a spunky little lady and life without her left a large void in my life.  I was feeling unsettled, stressed and worn out and things needed to be different. I asked my husband to help me fix up a little room upstairs (my version of a She-Shed) where I could have some time alone in the mornings to read, meditate, journal and of course drink a cup of TEA!

As I spent time reflecting on the ups and downs, mistakes and victories of my life and grieving the loss of Mom, I kept thinking how can I make a difference?  Of course, each morning I am sipping on tea, which led to researching and learning about tea and ordering tea and more tea and then some more tea and sharing tea with friends…..you get the picture!  Things were all converging;  I could honor Moms memory and make a difference in the lives of others by sharing the benefits of REAL.GOOD.TEA!  And so….BerTeas was created.
